From Ahoi to Zürich: New Watches from Nomos Glashütte

The Bauhaus style has shaped the design of NOMOS Glashütte watches from the very beginning. As one of the greatest design movements of the 20th century, the simplicity of the school was to determine the look of the first watches and was to play a decisive role in the brand's design codes. Just two years after its founding, NOMOS Glashütte launched its first four collections, of which the Tangente in particular found a ready market thanks to its subtle understatement. Today, it is considered a classic and is regularly included in the brand's new releases. No less successful were the Orion, Ludwig and Tetra models, also launched in 1992, which are still available today as reinterpretations. In addition, NOMOS Glashütte focuses on innovative functions, colorful accents, and more robust features in the newer lines and models. With the sophisticated Zürich World Time watch, a dial with a significantly more complex design has entered the Nomos watch family. The new versions of the sporty Ahoi are water-resistant to 200 meters and are the perfect companion for days on or in the water, while the new Club models surprise with their striking, colorful design.
