Since 1976, the Nautilus has been setting standards in the world of luxury watches with its athletic elegance. The 7118/1R-001 caresses the feminine wrist with perfection thanks to its slightly increased diameter of 35.2 millimeters and profile of 8.62 millimeters. The 18k rose gold case, water-resistant up to 60 meters, houses a 324 S C caliber. The artistic decoration of the automatic movement and central rotor, made of solid gold and adorned with the Patek Philippe seal, are revealed in all their glory through the sapphire-crystal case back. A new addition is the opal-and-silver dial, on which the applied gold hour markers and digits with luminous coating form a harmony with the color of the case.
