The hands on this Ulysse Nardin Marine model are pear-shaped and often blue, the numerals are Roman. A slightly slimmer version of this model is the Ulysse Nardin Marine Torpilleur, which has a case that measures 40 or 42 millimeters that can also come in rose gold. The line is further complemented by the Ulysse Nardin Marine Chronograph and Tourbillon.

The Ulysse Nardin Marine Regatta chronograph is technically outstanding as it is the only yachtsman's watch to offer a countdown function for a period of ten minutes. The second hand runs backwards and even changes direction again after the countdown has finished. With this outstanding feature, Ulysse Nardin once again demonstrates its flair for creative innovations.
