Functional Elegance

Introduced in 2017, the Mühle-Glashütte Lunova line includes a chronograph, a three-hand model showing the day of the week and a three-hand model showing the day of the week and date. There is also a ladies' watch—the Mühle-Glashütte Lunova Lady—available in this line. The name says it all—as it is composed of the two Latin words “lumen” for “light” and “novus” for “new”. All models are characterized by their consistently function-oriented design and first-class features. Thanks to their screw-down crown, the mechanical watches are water-resistant to ten bar, which corresponds to the pressure at a depth of 100 meters. The sapphire crystals have an anti-reflective coating and sit on both sides of the case. These crystals perfectly accentuate the luminous hands and hour markers of the dials, which come in classic colors. And the finely polished stainless steel or titanium cases are held in place by high-quality crocodile leather straps.

Swiss Movements, Glashütte Innovations

The Mühle-Glashütte Lunova line is driven by high-quality Swiss mechanical movements from the manufacturers ETA and Sellita, which are modified on site by the experienced watchmakers who work for the family business and refined according to Glashütte standards. A special feature is the patented “woodpecker neck” regulation—a proprietary, particularly shock-resistant fine regulation that enables the movements to run precisely even under the toughest conditions.
