This patented cut by William Goldberg, a famed New York diamond trader, makes the diamond appear about 30 percent bigger than a classic emerald cut. The intricate 18k rose gold prong setting on this piece magnifies the effect. The solitaire is borne on a 42 centimeter diamond cable chain, also made of 18k rose gold.
