Developed by Jack Heuer in the early 1960s, the Carrera, named after the car race of the same name, is specifically tailored to the needs of professional race car drivers. With verve, the Carrera Calibre 16 Ref. CBK2112.BA0715 interprets the original Carreras through numerous details such as the wide dial, filigree bezel and narrow, faceted strap lugs. At 41 millimeters, the diameter of the stainless steel case, which is water-resistant to ten bar and has a sapphire crystal caseback, is striking. Behind the blue sunburst dial with the likewise blue totalizers at 12 and 6 o'clock beats self-winding Calibre 16 with a power reserve of 42 hours. The classic watch is fitted on a 3-row bracelet made of rhodium-plated stainless steel.
