The Cartier Tank Américaine - large model (Ref. WGTA0134) attracts attention with its domed case and exquisite choice of materials. The 24.4 x 44.4 millimeter 18k rose gold case features a satin-finished silver dial with Roman numerals and a railroad track minute scale. A faceted sapphire subtly echoes the color of the sword-shaped hands and accentuates the polygonal winding crown. The watch is powered by the self-winding caliber 1899 MC. A gray alligator-skin strap with an interchangeable folding clasp, also made of 18k rose gold, completes the luxurious look.
