The Grand Lange 1 is a true classic from the house of A. Lange & Söhne. The case in 18k rose gold has a diameter of 38.5 millimeters, yet is only 8.8 millimeters high. It houses a hand-wound movement in which an escapement regulates the rate, the balance spring of which is manufactured in-house. The characteristic, decentralized displays on the silver dial do not overlap. The dimensions of the large date are larger here than in any other watch in the house.
