It consists of a disk with 59 teeth that the movement makes rotate around its axis once within two moon phases. A masterpiece of horology where the day, month, and date are also elegantly integrated into the dial.
“A moon-phase display watch has something fascinating. The disk completes one full rotation over 59 days. Two full moons are illustrated opposite each other on it. While the old moon disappears to the right, the new moon grows from the left.
