Santos de Cartier - large model

The Santos de Cartier wrote history as the world’s first aviator watch for the wrist. Now in its latest-generation model, it offers a subtly revised design with harmonious, flowing lines and, moreover, the practical quick-switch strap feature which lets the wearer make tool-free adjustments in no time at all. The Santos de Cartier - Large Model, reference WSSA0039, presents the unmistakable dial in an elegant black which features sword-shaped hands made of blackened steel with a luminous coating. The case and bezel are made of DLC-plated steel and form a sophisticated combination with the black alligator-leather strap. The stainless-steel crown is plated with a faceted black synthetic spinel. The case is water-resistant up to 10 bar and measures 39.8 x 47.5 millimeters with a slim profile of 9.38 millimeters. It houses an automatic 1847 MC manufacture caliber, which is protected against magnetic fields of up to 1,200 gauss. The Santos comes supplied with an additional rubber strap.
