Luminor Submersible 1950

Like all of this manufacture’s watches, this line too traces its ancestry to wristwatches that were developed for Italian naval frogmen in the 1930s and ’40s. Legendary details include the pillow-shaped case with subsequently rounded middle piece, the hinged bridge to protect the crown, and the dial with its sandwich-style construction.
