The timepieces from Panerai combine the art of Swiss watchmaking with a passion for the sea.

Panerai was founded in Florence in 1860, and it soon became well-known because of the precision of its nautical instruments. In the 1930s the company received an order from the Italian navy for the production of extremely robust wristwatches for military divers. These watches became the models for the Radiomir and Luminor lines that Panerai produces today. Ticking inside their robust cases are fine and highly sophisticated movements from the company’s Swiss manufacture.
