Tortue
The Tortue, which Louis Cartier created in 1912, completed the assortment of wristwatch models at the turn of the past century. Inspired by the Tonneau (1906), this model is instantly recognisable thanks to its uncommonly elegant and rounded shape. Starting in 1915, it evolved into one of Cartier’s most avidly coveted models.

Illustrated model:
18 ct. yellow gold with 117 diamonds 1.38 ct. Hand-winding movement.
